You will demonstrate that you have achieved or exceeded your sales targets and how you have achieved this. You will demonstrate that you have met or bettered other targets and milestones you set for the business. You will show that you have a viable plan for further growth.

Winning this Award requires you to show multi-generational family involvement in the firm, with family members in senior roles and involved in strategic decision making. You will demonstrate the operational and financial success of the company, how you have achieved these successes and how you plan to sustain positive performance through current and future generations.
