This Award is open to any organisation in that can demonstrate it has an ongoing focus on improving customer service standards and outcomes.

This Award is not open to any organisation whose principal activity is advising, training, or consulting others on how to improve customer service.

It can be a specific programme aimed at a particular group of workers (i.e. apprenticeships or leadership) or it can be your general approach to training/retraining to ensure your skills profile always matches your operational needs.
This Award is not open to any organisation whose principal activity is promoting training and development or advising, training, or consulting others on it.
This Award is open to any organisation that can demonstrate tangible marketing successes in the last two years.

This Award is open to any organisation that can demonstrate that it is pursuing policies and practices that are making it more sustainable and reducing its carbon footprint in Fife.
Your organisation does not have to be based in Fife to apply for this Award but the project you are seeking recognition for must be happening in Fife.
This Award is not open to any organisation whose principal activity is promoting sustainability or advising, training, or consulting others on how to achieve it.
Winning this Award requires you to showcase exceptional creativity and forward-thinking, introducing groundbreaking concepts services, or products that revolutionise the industry and redefine the guest experience.
